Two Years Worth of Blogging – My Realizations and Goals

I know I haven’t been blogging as often, which is pretty disappointing because I wanted to blog a lot during the summer. However, I couldn’t let this important day pass. Though it seems small, today marks the 2nd anniversary of my blog.

This past year (blog year) hasn’t been the best. It started out strong but soon snowballed downhill. A lot of unfortunate events occurred, and I kind of let myself go. I realized that my mentality isn’t as strong as I thought, and I’m not able to take care of myself whenever things start to get tough.

This year, I’m going to go back to what made me happy. I kind of abandoned art and creativity, and I forgot what made me special, or at least what was special to me. I’m trying to spend less time on my phone and live more “naturally”, as funny as it sounds.

Junior year is going to be difficult, but I’m not going to let that control me or let me turn for the worst. Besides, that’s what started to cause me pain before. I’m going to make sure that this will be year full of fun and positivity. I have a lot of work to do mentally, but I know it will be worth it in the end.

Thank you so much for following this blog, and I hope I can continue to blog in the future.
